Technical Department and consultant appointment

Under the Treasury Instruction, the only recognized technical body was JKR and JPS

Other department are non-technical department

All works carried out for the government must be refer to these technical department

Otherwise, the non-technical department must seek consultant help, and it could only be done by appointment from Lembaga Perolehan A

LPA consists of KSP, KSU of that ministry and KP JKR

In a letter dated 11 february 2009, all ministry must apply online to seek this consultation help

So PLEASE refer to JKR or JPS as it's help to further less the government burden
