It is officially confirm the ceiling have been raised to RM500K
And always the PTD are trying to beat around the bush
The new circular have raised many grey areas in implementation... particularly in the work quotation and the competency of non-technical department for not referring to JKR
I doubt it would create transperent and best value per se
