RM60 Billion...where?

Politician liked to blamed it on bureaucrats when it come to implementing their policy

Bureaucrats are there to protect the system from falling down to corruption and mismanagement

When politician argued that the implementation was slow, it was to safeguard their(politician) ass when they are retired from politic

The RM60billion will be no where to seen because it takes time to spend it

You cannot expect things to be done within a blink of eyes...patience...the 'rakyat' will understand

This huge amount will not likely to be funded on the spot. We... the bureaucrats have to fork for it

So dont ask when it will have impact on you... just wait and see
